WaniTas Terms and Conditions

1. Who are we?

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the WaniTas webshop.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Our Products

WaniTas sells handmade training bags for horse training.

Because our products are handmade, minor differences in color, texture, finish, and size may occur. These are normal characteristics of a handmade product and not a defect.

Furthermore, with recycled materials, such as used denim, visible differences and signs of wear may be present. These very qualities make each WaniTas unique.

3. Ordering and Payment

An agreement is concluded once you have placed an order via our webshop and have received a confirmation thereof.

All stated prices are excluding VAT. WaniTas (RIESO) is not VAT liable due to the Small Business Scheme. Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if there is a reasonable basis for doing so, for example, in case of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing or stock error.

4. Customization and Personalization

For products specifically made to your specifications or that are clearly personal in nature, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded.

This applies, for example, to a WaniTas that has been personalized specifically for you with a name, text, specific design, or other personal adjustment.

When ordering a custom-made product, we will inform you in advance if the right of withdrawal does not apply.

A custom-made product must, of course, still comply with the agreement and legal requirements.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For a regular order, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.

The conditions and procedure for this are described on our Returns page.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products for which a legal exception applies, including certain products made or personalized specifically for the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defective product.

6. Delivery

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is stated during the ordering process or on the product page.

If an order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may offer the package in another way or attempt a new delivery. This depends on the carrier and the available delivery options.

If you have chosen to have your order delivered to another address (with a neighbor) or have given permission to leave it in a designated spot, and your order is lost as a result, we are unfortunately not responsible for this.

7. Warranty and Legal Rights

All WaniTas products are covered by the legal warranty. This means that the product must meet what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from it.

In addition to the legal warranty, WaniTas may offer an additional commercial warranty. The terms of this are described on our Warranty page.

A commercial warranty period never limits the consumer's legal rights.

Normal wear and tear, damage due to improper use, inadequate maintenance, or use for which the product is not intended, are not covered by an additional commercial warranty.

8. Complaints

Do you have a complaint about a product or our service? Please contact us as soon as possible via: info@wanitas.nl

Clearly describe your complaint and state your order number. We aim to resolve every complaint as quickly as possible and in consultation with you.

9. Liability

WaniTas is only liable for damages to the extent required by law.

This provision never limits the legal rights of consumers and does not apply when limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All texts, photos, designs, logos, and other content on the WaniTas website are the property of WaniTas or are used with permission.

It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use this content without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

With every order, we process personal data. How we handle this is described in our Privacy Statement.

12. Applicable Law

Agreements between WaniTas and consumers are governed by Dutch law.

If a provision from these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the greatest extent possible. The relevant provision will then be replaced by a legally valid provision that aligns as closely as possible with the intent of the original provision.
